Spencer Hagaman is a political consultant based in Orange County focused on enacting bold, positive change for every community. 

Spencer began his career in politics almost a decade ago and has worked in various aspects of political campaigns. In addition, Spencer served as a senior press aide for California State Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas and, most recently, managed the successful YES on Measures A and B campaign in Huntington Beach to protect the city’s public libraries.​

Spencer is a proud Yale alumnus, enjoys playing pickleball as well as golf, and has a 4-pound Chihuahua named Herman. He is excited to help bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to Orange County!
